The Momentive Product Innovation Series is a quarterly overview that highlights a selection of recent updates across our solution suite. This edition covers the latest innovations on how we’re bringing on better for your technology and your team.  

One Connected Platform  

This past quarter, we’ve been hard at work developing features that connect your technologies. We’re improving efficiency, not only for your data, but for your team. Here are the latest updates for:  

MomentiveIQ  

MomentiveIQ brings AI capabilities directly into ThreeSixty, Aptify, NetForum AMS, YourMembership AMS, and MIP Accounting.  

• Analytics automatically surfaces predictive insights and anomaly detection to help your team be predictive, not reactive.  

• Agentic Workers handle repeatable operational tasks with staff review and approval at every step.  

• Connections eliminates manual exports and data re-entry, saving your staff time and preventing manual errors.  

• Experience ensures member and staff interactions are personalized and contextually relevant.  

Unifying Data Between Platforms  

This quarter, several of our updates further integrated the products in the Momentive ecosystem. Organizations can benefit from:  

• ThreeSixty connects directly to MIP Accounting and GiveSmart, uniting your financial data and donor records and transferring data directly between platforms.  

• Aptify connects directly to GiveSmart, bringing fundraising data into a unified view of member data.  

• MIP Accounting will soon connect to Bill.com and Ramp, with more third-party integrations to follow through an integrations marketplace. Plus, the GiveSmart MIP Connector will soon feature additional transaction management and self-service options.  

New Member Dashboard  

A new member dashboard with configurable components is coming to ThreeSixty, Aptify, NetForum AMS, and YourMembership AMS. It consolidates key information from across the member journey, like invoices, events, engagement history, and more, into a single, personalized view, giving staff a cleaner picture of member activity over time.  

Quarterly Product Updates  

YourMembership AMS  

A redesigned workflow reduces the number of steps required to join, and upcoming features will continue to streamline renewals, registrations, and engagement throughout the member lifecycle.  

Plus, YourMembership will include enhancements to the Community capabilities that keep members connected between events to increase engagement. AI-assisted moderation handles governance automatically, and two-way AMS sync keeps member profiles and permissions current across both platforms. For organizations that want to go further, the Community Assistant add-on brings agentic capabilities directly into your community experience. 

NetForum AMS  

NetForum AMS has two updates that give staff greater flexibility. The updated interface now includes configurable module home pages, so each staff member can organize their workspace around the data and tools they use most. Plus, a new dues calculation framework gives trade associations more flexibility to design tier-based, data-driven membership models without manual workarounds, so dues structures can more accurately reflect how your organization operates.  

MIP Accounting  

MIP Accounting’s latest update expands core capabilities while bringing new intelligence to financial operations.  

Drill-down reporting now includes advanced filtering and flexible print options.  

Purchase Order functionality is available in MIP Cloud, giving finance leaders visibility into spending commitments before they’re made. Momentive Automated Payments is also making accounts payable more efficient, so finance staff can spend less time chasing payments and more time on higher-value work.  

ThreeSixty  

ThreeSixty is receiving targeted UI and UX improvements designed to make the platform easier to navigate and faster to work in without disrupting the workflows your team already relies on. 

Aptify  

Aptify was recently updated to improve security, accessibility, performance, and overall usability, giving your team a faster, more reliable, and more accessible platform.  

Fundraising is part of Aptify too. The GiveSmart connection is available now, so fundraising data stays alongside your member records. 

Path LMS 

Path LMS now handles high-stakes exams, compliance training, professional development, and certification-adjacent programs natively through Advanced Assessments, eliminating the need for associations and nonprofits to engage separate, third-party testing tools. 

Plus, a new calendar view lets you browse events by week, month, or year, and you can hover over any event for a quick snapshot of its details. The events list is also simpler: one unified list replaces the old split Upcoming and Past sections, with a single All/Upcoming/Past filter to sort what you need. 

VolunteerMatters 

An updated Project List shows application settings, including Require Application, Application Form, and Required Credentials, directly alongside each project. Admins overseeing large portfolios can review, audit, and troubleshoot setup in a single view, and incomplete configurations surface without opening each project individually. 

GiveSmart 

GiveSmart has added another layer of protection for your organization and your donors. One-Time Passcode verification now confirms every new card with a quick SMS code before a payment completes. It’s already on for your organization, so no setup is required. Plus, saved cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are pre-verified, so returning donors check out just as fast.
