If you’ve ever lost a great staff member, you know the real cost goes far beyond posting a job listing. Recruiting, onboarding, the learning curve, the institutional knowledge that walks out the door — for associations and nonprofits, where budgets are already stretched, turnover can hit especially hard.

One of the most effective ways to hold onto talented people is also one of the most underutilized: investing in their growth.

In this webinar, we’ll explore what staff turnover actually costs your organization — and how building real professional development opportunities can drastically improve retention. When employees see a clear path to grow, build new skills, and advance their careers, they’re far more likely to stay engaged and committed to the mission.

You’ll leave with practical strategies for creating meaningful development opportunities, even on a limited budget, that strengthen your team, improve performance, and protect your organization’s most valuable resources — its people.

Join us to discover how prioritizing your people’s growth helps your organization operate more efficiently, more sustainably, and with greater mission impact.
