As the CEO & Founder of The Bold Stripe, a nonprofit consulting company, she spends her days helping organizations build capacity by investing in great strategy, top-tier training and coaching, and smart organizational and fundraising campaign design – all to maximize the power of individuals to drive impact.

Prior to The Bold Stripe, Kate spent the largest chunk of her career at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, overseeing budgets of up to $85M+. As a former National VP, she has experience leading two of the top ten Peer-to-Peer campaigns in the country – Visionaries of the Year and Student Visionaries of the Year – and she’s worked with volunteer leaders who have raised anywhere from $50,000 to $1M+ individually in just a few months.
