One of the most impactful upgrades has been the redesigned member join flow. The previous process required prospective members to complete lengthy forms upfront—creating friction and drop-off. The new experience takes a step-by-step approach, allowing members to join with just the basics and return later to complete their profiles. For OPSC, the results were immediate: fewer abandoned applications and a simpler process for both members and staff. Â
