Momentive Certification Management Software 

Momentive Software has launched a dedicated Certification Management product to provide a modern, user-centric experience. This solution supports lifelong learning by deeply integrating with AMS, LMS, Events, and Careers systems, creating new engagement and revenue opportunities from early-career development through recertification. 

Portal Copilot 

The certification management platform improves the user journey while reducing staff workload through an AI-driven Portal Copilot. Candidates get answers faster without searching through and reading a ton of materials, or emailing and calling your staff with questions, which lowers support requests. The portal has information on eligibility rules, requirements, and recertification needs, giving your candidates the help they need while freeing up staff time for more meaningful work.     

Certification Progress Visualization 

Solve the biggest candidate frustration of stalled progress by displaying their steps, percentage complete, and pending actions right on the portal homepage. This real-time transparency keeps candidates oriented, reducing the number of “Where am I?” support tickets, and is fully configurable to match any program structure. 

 Exam Special Accommodations Management 

Streamline the process for managing exam accommodations, ensuring inclusivity and fairness for candidates with special needs with Accommodations Management. Candidates can seamlessly request adjustments during the online application, and staff can easily review and approve them via the portal, with automated delivery of approved codes to the testing vendor, adding accessibility without increasing administrative complexity. 

Pearson VUE RTEN Integration (Real-Time Event Notification) 

This integration addresses the “black box” of exam scheduling by providing real-time updates on Pearson VUE appointment details, including date, time, location, cancellations, and reschedules. This allows staff to automate timely reminders and offer additional resources to candidates, ensuring they stay on track for their exam without manual intervention.

Momentive Event Management Software 

Momentive Software launched Momentive Event Management Software earlier this year, creating a unified suite of event-planning tools explicitly designed for mission-driven organizations. From smarter registration to drag-and-drop agenda building, these new capabilities give event planners the flexibility, speed, and simplicity they need to deliver standout experiences.   

Whether you’re hosting a large-scale conference or a smaller gathering, Momentive is making it easier to plan, manage, and elevate every aspect of your event journey. 

Abstract Submission Dashboard 

The Abstract Submission Dashboard lets education and event teams quickly and easily manage submissions, reviews, and notifications. It centralizes all abstract data, simplifies the review decision process, and enables rapid notification alerts to submitters, bringing abstract data to life for better decision-making. 

Agenda Builder 

The redesigned drag and drop Agenda Builder simplifies the complex task of scheduling by providing an intuitive calendar display for session visualization. It helps teams deliver organized and impactful events by resolving scheduling conflicts in real time, making the process of building an event agenda straightforward and efficient. 

Registration Management 

The centralized Registration Management system provides event admins with a comprehensive dashboard view of all attendees and exhibitors. It allows for personalized registration journeys, efficient data capture for valuable insights, and quick management of sign-ups. The inclusion of self-service portals empowers both attendees and exhibitors to manage their own details. 

Attendee Registration 

Organizers can now register mixed groups (like teachers, students, and chaperones) in a single order. The Attendee Registration tool seamlessly integrates with existing AMS systems through Single Sign-On and pre-populates contact information, eliminating redundant data entry. It supports customized attendee paths, handles membership discounts and promotional codes, and allows for add-on purchases during checkout.  

Exhibitor Registration Management 

This feature provides end-to-end management for exhibitors, including flexible staff allotment and quota management, with real-time synchronization. It integrates with third-party exhibition management solutions, tracks sponsorship benefits, and allows exhibitors to register for booth-only access or full attendee passes.

GiveSmart 

GiveSmart continues to help mission-driven organizations grow donor impact, with two big updates that improve both user and donor experience.  

Clover Go Mobile Card Reader 

GiveSmart Fundraise now offers Clover Go as an in-person payment option, providing a modern card-capture experience with a secure, compliant mobile card reader. The Bluetooth-connected device supports tap-to-pay and card insertion, resulting in a smoother onsite payment experience for both hosts and donors at their fundraising events. Clover Go devices can be easily rented or purchased by GiveSmart clients. 

Events Salesforce Connector 

GiveSmart also expanded its Salesforce AppExchange capabilities with the release of the Events Salesforce Connector, extending data syncing capabilities beyond just Fundraise to include Events. This enhanced visibility eliminates manual processes, reduces errors, and gives organizations faster access to accurate, actionable insights, improving donor communication, and stewardship.  

Plus, when used with the existing Fundraise Connector, it provides centralized, unified management of all event and fundraising data, empowering teams to strengthen relationships and achieve their goals more effectively.

MIP Accounting 

Momentive Software launched Momentive Automated Payments earlier this year, creating a fully automated accounts payable and payment workflow system that provides a real-time, centralized view to help nonprofits and associations streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve cash flow management processes. 

Additions to Momentive Automated Payments  

Users can submit invoices and credit notes together with Momentive Automated Payments, with the system automatically offsetting credits against invoices to calculate the vendor’s net payable amount. This capability further reduces manual work and supports expanded payment options, such as virtual credit cards, ACH, and checks.  

New Drilldown Reports  

New Drilldown reporting functionality allows users to move seamlessly from high-level report balances to specific supporting transactions with a simple click. This capability enables users to access transaction history, document information, and supporting attachments, greatly enhancing the ability to analyze report details. It is initially available for reports, such as the balance sheet, statement of financial position, and trial balance.   

Refreshed MIP User Interface  

Experience updated colors, fonts, and layouts for a smoother and more cohesive experience. Momentive standardized layouts across its entire solution suite, making navigation between tools more seamless and intuitive for interacting with data.

Path LMS 

Momentive Software acquired Blue Sky eLearn and Path LMS, its LMS system, as a way to offer more value to associations and nonprofits by developing the industry’s only end-to-end business operations platform. The combined platform:  

  • Enhances membership management and donor engagement 
  • Automates and streamlines business processes 
  • Drives revenue and funding for greater impact

Content State Automations 

Automatically publish and unpublish courses and learning items based on predefined rules, significantly reducing errors and saving time. This ensures content becomes active, inactive, visible, or hidden precisely when intended, providing clear indicators for tracking and reporting outcomes. 

Flexible Course Completion Rules 

Define exactly which content items count toward overall course completion, preventing optional material from blocking a learner’s progress. These rules can be set as a global default or customized per course, offering options for certificate and item modes, and the ability to backfill prior progress. 

Learning Paths 

Design structured learning journeys that roll up content from multiple courses. This feature is ideal for building comprehensive master certificate programs that guide learners through a specified sequence to meet professional credentialing, industry standards, or overall skill development goals. 

Custom Dashboards & Metadata Powered Reports 

Provide deeper insights without requiring manual data merges. Users can now add configurable charts to System, Commerce, and Teams dashboards using a drag-and-drop layout. Furthermore, the Report Builder surfaces Course and User Metadata across reports, enabling richer segmentation and analysis.

Momentive Software acquired VolunteerMatters to help mission-driven organizations fund and deliver their mission. By integrating volunteer management into its software suite, Momentive expands its ability to provide organizations with comprehensive, scalable solutions. 

After joining Momentive Software, VolunteerMatters launched a new mobile app to improve the experience for staff and volunteers. The app compliments VolunteerMatters’ mobile-responsive portal and allows users to manage on the go, providing access to onboarding, scheduling, and engagement across all devices. The app also includes an offline mode for remote volunteers to enter time and sync data later. The powerful combination of these features streamlines operations by automating repetitive tasks such as sign-ups and communications, creating a more enhanced volunteer experience.

Momentive Software made several updates to YourMembership to increase member value, deepen connections, simplify the member journey, and save staff valuable time.  

New Member Dashboard, Powered by Momentive Widgets 

YourMembership has rolled out a pilot program for a new, modernized member dashboard powered by configurable Momentive Widgets. This centralized dashboard consolidates key member data and resources from across various product interactions, including invoices, upcoming events, and personalized job recommendations, into one place. This feature provides a seamless member experience, and we will be expanding the rollout to all YourMembership clients in 2026. 

New Email Enhancements 

Improving email campaign functionality was one of the top-requested enhancements from our user community, demonstrating that your voice matters and shapes what we build. Staff can now easily copy or duplicate an existing email campaign, plus resend to non-openers with just a few clicks. These enhancements simplify processes, particularly for small-staff associations, while driving engagement and results.
