Challenge & Solution
Before partnering with Path LMS, ATRA struggled with a disjointed and manual process for delivering online education; webinars were stored on YouTube, CEU quizzes were hand-scored by a third party, and transcript retrieval was time-consuming and costly. To streamline operations and expand access to over 10,000 Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRSs), ATRA implemented Path LMS, gaining a flexible, integrated platform to modernize and scale their educational offerings.
Results
Since implementing Path LMS, ATRA has significantly increased member engagement, streamlined CEU management, and made it easier for therapists to meet national recertification requirements.
