How does NextUp Bring on Better member value with Nimble AMS?
Members of NextUp gain crucial data about their leadership capabilities, highlighting areas of growth, and directing them to resources within the organization, like workshops, mentorship circles, and more. This valuable data comes from NextUp’s partnership with Nimble AMS and the organization’s ability to track member engagement across crucial touchpoints.
“NextUp collaborated with IBM to produce our NextUp Member Organization Survey. The survey leveraged our membership data to show NextUp provides greater value in bridging the gap through leadership and advancement than other organizations,” said Kristi Allen, NextUP VP, Finance & Administration. This valuable survey highlighted how well NextUp utilizes Nimble AMS to manage its membership records, support peer-to-peer relationships, and ultimately deepen engagement within the organization—advancing NextUp’s mission: equality in the workplace.
“In the past two years, NextUp has worked to digitize the organization and revamp some of our systems. And one of the things we decided to do was refresh our website experience to increase our brand and visibility to our sponsors and members,” said Allen. NextUp partnered with Nimble AMS to revamp its website resulting in a 7.8% increase in website users since 2024 and 250,000+ annual website visits.
NextUp is always looking to its members to make informed changes within the organization. According to Allen, in the latest NextUp annual survey, 68% of members reported career advancement, and of those members, 63% attribute that success in part to NextUp.
