Challenge & Solution

The Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI) is a trade association that had used the same association management software (AMS) for about 10 years. Because the product was highly customized to meet their needs, the PEI team had no clear path to upgrade the software. For example, to access primary member contact information, employees had to piece together queries or use other workarounds.
